YMCA Weather Policy: The YMCA’s rain-out procedure is to call all coaches and ask that they call each player on their team. Our Sports Coordinator will make a decision on cancellations and notify the coaches up to one hour before start times for games. If the weather will cause an obvious cancellation we will contact coaches earlier. We will also immediately put the cancellation notice on our website at www.scottcountyfamilyy.org/sports (located under the cancellations link) and send a mass email to all participants. |
