Personal Training Our Personal Trainers are Nationally Certified and are ready to help you reach your fitness goals! We have qualified Personal Trainers at all of our locations. You are welcome to request a specific trainer, or one will be assigned to you based on your needs. How does Personal Training work? First you will fill out a questionnaire so that the Personal Training supervisor can decide which trainer best fits your needs and your schedule. The trainer will give you a call and set up the first appointment. You will have the option to participate in a full fitness assessment (highly recommended) so that your trainer has an idea of your current fitness level. Then the two of you will discuss attainable goals and a specific program will be written for you. Your trainer will work one-on-one with you to ensure you are exercising safely and maximizing your results. Not a member? Not a problem! We have a pricing structure for non-members.
