Bettendorf Family YMCA

The Bettendorf Family YMCA has been part of the Scott County Family Y since September of 2004.  This facility is a full service YMCA that features a unique indoor year-round aquatic center, a strength-training/cardiovascular center, an upper-level aerobic/group fitness area and two full-court gymnasiums.  The building is also a community partnership with Genesis Health System and includes the Genesis Power Sports Performance program.

Day Pass Policy: To better serve our members, Day Pass sales may be limited during peak hours. Please call ahead.

Family Aquatic Center

The Family Aquatics Center offers a zero depth entry pool with a two-story water slide, dew drop, frog slide, bubblers and a separate six-lane lap pool. Also offered are a wide variety of swimming lessons for all ages, adult water fitness classes, a whirlpool, steam room and sauna.  The aquatics center is available for open swim daily and can be rented for special occasions.

Cross Training Room

The Bettendorf Family Y cross-training facility utilizes state-of-the-art equipment to help you maintain a healthy body as well as a sharp mind.

The 4,000 square-feet facility features cardiovascular equipment including: Precor treadmills; upright bicycling; Concept II rowers and Paramount strength training equipment.

Kids Fit N' Fun Club

This club is for kids ages 6-12 and includes our Afterschool Program (Monday - Thursday 3:30-6:30pm), Kidz Fitness Classes, and Fun Fitness Coaching.  The club is FREE for members, plus kids can earn a free Kids Fit ‘n Fun Club t-shirt!  The club is on break for the summer, but will resume when school starts back up this Fall

Child Watch

The Bettendorf Family YMCA offers a free babysitting service for family members.  This service is for families who have children between 6 weeks and 6 years of age.  Parents, with a family membership, can bring their children to our child watch room and we will play with them while you workout.  The maximum amount of time allowed is two hours and parents must remain in the building.  We currently offer Child watch on Friday evenings from: 4:15pm – 6:45pm.  

Heart Healthy Program

Designed for our Active Older Adult population, the Heart Healthy Program has an added level of staff supervision to make sure all participants are comfortable. Click here to find out more information about this great program!

July 4 Holiday Hours: Bettendorf Family YMCA open 10 am - 3 pm
